Spice+ Bold is a darker, more intense interpretation of Commodity Spice, transforming its chai-inspired warmth into a spicy, leathery gourmand with greater depth and heat.

Created by perfumer Christelle Laprade, the fragrance captures the moment when chai reaches its richest point as it simmers. The original combination of saffron, aromatic spices and cinnamon sugar is intensified with Safraleine, bringing a smouldering, leathery quality to the composition.

Sweeter gourmand elements soften the heat, creating a fragrance that feels rich and indulgent while retaining the aromatic spice character at the heart of the Spice collection.

What Does Spice+ Bold Smell Like?

Spice+ Bold opens with warm, suede-like saffron and aromatic allspice. Nuances of cardamom add further brightness and spice, giving the opening a concentrated, richly aromatic character.

Cinnamon sugar and condensed milk bring creamy sweetness through the heart, while Safraleine introduces the defining difference from Spice Expressive. Its warm, leathery character gives the fragrance a darker texture and creates a lingering impression of smouldering spice.

Tonka bean anchors the dry down with smooth, warm sweetness, allowing the spices and leathery saffron facets to linger. The result is a rich chai-inspired gourmand with cinnamon sugar, creamy milk and a darker, heated leather effect.
