Diorama is a chypre spicy Eau de Toilette originally created in 1949 by legendary perfumer Edmond Roudnitska as the second fragrance in the history of the House of Dior.

In 2026, Diorama returns as part of The Dioriginals, a collection of emblematic Dior fragrances restored by Francis Kurkdjian, Perfume Creative Director, with the aim of recovering their original formulas. The restored fragrance is presented in the historic 1948-inspired bottle associated with Christian Dior’s earliest perfume creations.

What Does Diorama Smell Like?

Diorama opens with aromatic tarragon, bringing a distinctive green, herbal freshness with a gently spicy edge.

Jasmine and tuberose emerge through the heart, creating a rich floral contrast to the sharper opening. Jasmine provides luminous floral depth while tuberose adds a creamier, more voluptuous quality.
