At its centre is Polianthes tuberosa, a flower long associated with sensuality, mystery and forbidden pleasures. Heretic surrounds its creamy white blossoms with orange blossom, jasmine, gardenia, ylang-ylang and rose, creating an abundant bouquet balanced by spice, greenery and earthy botanical materials.

What Does Nocturnal Tuberose Smell Like?

Nocturnal Tuberose opens with bright neroli and aromatic linalool, sharpened by the distinctive tingling spice of Sichuan pepper.

The heart is an opulent bouquet led by creamy, narcotic tuberose. Honeyed orange blossom brings luminous sweetness, while jasmine and ylang-ylang deepen its sensual floral richness. Rose adds dimension and softly green gardenia provides a fresh counterpoint to the more intoxicating white flowers.

Ambrette seed introduces a warm, softly musky quality in the dry down, grounded by earthy vetiver and resinous cistus. The result is a rich white floral that feels creamy, heady and sensual, with flashes of green freshness and spice preventing the tuberose from becoming overly sweet.
