Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli | 64 is an opulent amber gourmand created as a deeper, richer and more decadent interpretation of Kayali’s signature vanilla style.

The eleventh fragrance in the Kayali collection, it was created by Mona Kattan in collaboration with senior perfumer Gabriela Chelariu of Firmenich, who also created Vanilla | 28. The composition explores a more extravagant side of vanilla, layering multiple vanilla materials with golden rum, crème brûlée, smoky leather, sugared patchouli and royal oud.

Designed as the more lavish counterpart to Vanilla | 28, Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli | 64 combines gourmand sweetness with florals, woods, leather and resins for a darker and more complex expression of the Kayali vanilla DNA.

What Does Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli | 64 Smell Like?

Vanilla Royale opens with warm vanilla orchid and creamy jasmine drenched in golden rum, creating a rich, boozy introduction with a soft floral undertone.

The heart intensifies the vanilla through vanilla infusion and vanilla surabsolute, layered with crème brûlée and tonka bean. The tonka introduces nuances of almond, tobacco and caramel, while spicy rose and smoky leather bring a darker, more textured contrast to the gourmand sweetness.

In the dry down, sugared patchouli combines earthy, woody depth with sparkling sweetness. Brown sugar adds a toasted caramelised quality, while amber and royal oud deepen the composition. Creamy musk softens the finish, leaving a rich trail of dark vanilla, caramelised sugar, patchouli and woods.
